Mission

TrueIDApps was founded to bring iPhone based apps to schools and businesses.

We believe in the power of combining the Web with the iPhone. Our apps blend the best of both to deliver the immediacy of the iPhone experience combined with the permanence and flexibility of the web.

TrueIDapps grew out of SchoolID. SchoolID provides widely used Student Tracking Solutions, such as Tracker and Seeker, for the Palm. Tracker is used by more than two thirds of the high schools and middle schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District as well as in eight other states.   • President and CEO: Tim Walton
    • Tim is an experienced professional photographer and entrepreneur.
  • Chief Technology Officer: Richard Good
    • Richard brings many years of software development experience to the team including extensive experience developing database-backed Java applications, mobile apps for the Palm OS, and the Apple iPhone.   • Rod Sheffield
    • Rod is the President/CEO for ZyGoDigital. He is currently advising TrueIDapps in business development strategies as well as in video/audio compression and streaming technologies.
  • Director of Web Technologies: Dr. Benjamin Good
    • Ben recently completed his Ph.D. in the Wilkinson laboratory at the University of British Columbia. He brings with him knowledge of the Semantic Web and curiosity about the potential products of the social Web. He is currently developing the Web infrastructure for trueidapps.com with the Google App-Engine. He occasionally writes at i9606
